Total Office Solutions, LLP (Irving, TX) – 829,358 SF tenant advisory transaction at Stadium Logistics Center, 2201 Chemsearch Blvd. (Robert Deptula, Collin Rock).


Art in Motion (Chicago) – Acquisition of 110,000 SF campus at 7415 S. East End Ave. for charter school (Larry Serota, Alex Genova).


Adyen, Inc. (New York) – 30,415 SF tenant advisory transaction at 71 Fifth Ave. (Rory Murphy, Thomas Hines).


Capital Commercial Investments, Inc. (Bellaire, TX) – 139,243 SF lease with UT Physicians at Bellaire Station at 6500 West Loop South (Justin Brassell, Doug Little, Ashley Cassel – Agency Leasing; Lisa Bovermann – Tenant Advisory).


DWS (Commerce, CA) – 117,648 SF renewal with Alpine Corporation at Harris Business Center, 6000 Rickenbacker Road (Chris Cussen).


Undisclosed Owner (Manchester, TN) – 106,715 SF new retail investment sales assignment for Whispering Pines, located at 1261 Hillsboro Blvd. (Fred Victor, John Bell).


Trailhead Logistics Park (Ocala, FL) – TDC development of a 943,426 SF warehouse on a 64-acre parcel off Interstate 75 with JV partner QuadReal Property Group. One of the largest speculative warehouses to ever be built in Florida, the property is expected to deliver in 4Q22.


I-215 Commerce Center (Los Angeles) – TIG disposition of a 225,353 SF industrial building at 1648 Ashley Way in Colton, California. The property was 100% leased at the time of sale to an investor advised by Zurich Alternative Asset Management.
