After Robert Duncan convinced John Waller to leave his position with Trammell Crow to become just the third employee at Transwestern in 1978, he knew he had joined something special. After a 40-plus-year career, John has decided to retire this year and spend more time with his wife.
Throughout his time at the company, John supported tenant representation services and the leasing of existing and new development projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region and beyond. He advised major clients including JCPenney, Northwestern Mutual, New York Life, Anderson Clayton/Kraft, Fannie Mae and Wells Fargo. He’s had an exemplary career and is a previous winner of the Dallas Business Journal award for the Best Real Estate Deal of the Year.
Congratulations to John on 42 years of service to Transwestern. We appreciate John and all team members celebrating a milestone anniversary this month!
