This month, TDC announced the completion of a 400,000-square-foot build-to-suit project on behalf of Walmart in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The facility will serve as the company’s second high-tech consolidation center in the U.S. (the first located in Colton, California) and is intended to receive, sort and ship freight to Walmart’s regional distribution centers, reducing the number of shipments.
