How did you get your start in the industry?
I was managing a dine-in movie theater when I was 19 and a broker walked in and gave me his business card. He told me to give him a call and I started working with him just days later. I found Transwestern by going on LoopNet and viewing the active listings in San Antonio. I kept noticing blue Ts, and that’s when I knew where I was going.
What deal or project are you most proud of?
Right now it’s a massive email/cold call campaign that I put together targeting over 100 tenants in San Antonio.
Professional organizations?
I am involved in TYP, the Urban Land Institute, and the International Facility Management Association.
Favorite TYP event?
Tour of the City View office building managed by Transwestern.
Interests/hobbies outside of work?
I love to exercise, cook, and hang out.
Favorite spot in your city?
The Dominion area, The Rim, and Pearl.
