As our DEI efforts mature, the trust and respect forged by our teams has revealed just how multifaceted and personal this subject can be. The Training Goal Committee wants all team members to build these genuine connections and, to that end, invites you to take part in a new program. Once a month, you’ll receive an email with a link to a topic in a video, article or podcast. You’re invited to:

Engage:  Take some time to watch, read or listen to the selection.
Reflect:  Consider how the topic made you feel, and if you can personally relate.
Discuss:  Get together with colleagues to share reactions and viewpoints.
