National MarketingTranswestern’s DEI journey depends on the voices of many, and we are seeking additional volunteers to bring fresh ideas to our four national goal teams: Awareness, Belonging, Recruiting and Talent. With a commitment of approximately 10 hours per month, you can help keep the momentum going and build on Transwestern’s extraordinary culture.
Involvement with a goal team includes participating in every-other-week calls to discuss progress and brainstorm; contributing to the development and implementation of goal team initiatives nationally and in the local market; and serving as an ambassador for your goal team locally by answering questions related to initiatives underway and sharing feedback with your team.
