Recent additions to the outdoor space at 77 W Wacker in Chicago make it a truly one-of-a-kind oasis that calls to mind many of the values important to Transwestern. The landscaped courtyard features beehive boxes, a pollinator garden and QR codes that serve to educate visitors on sustainability efforts. A colorful mosaic wall represents the importance of paying attention to detail as well as the grand accomplishments that can be attained when many parts work together.
The mosaic was designed by Benjamin Durst, a local artist with autism who expresses his voice through this art form. With support from the Chicago Mosaic School, “Peaceful Garden” gives tenants a place to relax, recharge and reconnect with each other and nature. Read more.
