NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, selected Nate Erickson as one of five young professionals to receive its 2019 Developing Leaders Award, which honors up-and-coming professionals under the age of 35 for remarkable professional accomplishments, strong leadership and significant community involvement. The award will be presented at NAIOP’s CRE.Converge 2019, in Los Angeles Oct. 14-16.

The St. Louis office welcomes Fred Grossman as Director of Finance. He is shadowing the group’s current CFO, Dan Miller, who plans to retire in December.
