Benefits Annual Enrollment Period Begins October 31

Time flies when we’re focused on wellness! Annual Enrollment for 2023 benefits, which will be completed via Workday, is Monday, Oct. 31 – Friday, Nov. 11. An information packet has been sent to your home and is also available on TranSource. A few important items to note:

  • You can reduce your 2023 monthly medical premiums by earning a wellness credit via the Wellness Your Way program. This requires you (and your spouse/domestic partner, if applicable) to complete a biometric screening, a health risk assessment and additional wellness activities of your choice by Nov. 30, 2022. All steps must be completed though Asset Health, accessible via OneLogin.
  • The wellness credit for 2023 has increased 33%, providing a savings of $1,200 or $2,400 per year, depending on plan selected, so it makes more financial sense than ever before to take the steps noted above.
  • Like last year, the biometric screening includes a cotinine test. Medically enrolled team members (or covered spouses/domestic partners) who do not complete the biometric screening by Nov. 30 will automatically receive the tobacco surcharge for 2023:
    • $50/month for employee only OR employee + child coverage
    • $100/month for employee + spouse and family
