This month, Transwestern welcomed Perry Degulis as Executive Managing Director of Southern California. Drawing upon 18 years of commercial real estate experience, she oversees all operations in the region and will expand the firm’s service lines, recruit high-level talent, explore innovative client solutions, and pursue new business across key markets, including Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County.

Perry’s arrival was covered by many of the industry’s news outlets, all of which emphasized how her unique background is a perfect fit, especially considering the challenges and opportunities the region faces today. As she says, “I love to build!”
