Houston TYP recently toured The Ion, an 80-year-old Sears store that has been repurposed into a 266,000-square-foot innovation center that will bring together the city’s entrepreneurial, corporate and academic communities. The Transwestern-managed property, which employs TranswesternHub for a transformative occupant experience, is an excellent example of adaptive reuse done right!
