Women of Influence

We know they’re great, and now the industry does, too! Congratulations to Tonya Link, Beth Swanick and Myrna Coronado-Brookover for being named 2021 Women of Influence by GlobeSt.com and Real Estate Forum magazine.

• Tonya, who recently assumed regional property management responsibilities for the Mid-Atlantic’s 23.3 million-square-foot portfolio, was honored for her response to the pandemic as well as the guidance she provided to owners during the social unrest of 2020.
• Beth was selected for spearheading many of the employee support resources and customized programs offered to Transwestern team members and their families throughout the pandemic.
• Myrna was included for her innovative property solutions, most notably the rollout of TranswesternHub, a customizable occupant experience platform, at Chicago’s 77 West Wacker.

Additionally, Darcie Fankhauser, Regional Partner with TDC, was named a 2021 Notable Woman in Construction and Design by Crain’s Chicago Business. The publication highlighted TDC’s build-to-suit in Bartlett’s Brewster Creek Business Park for a Fortune 10 company, as well as the purchase of 30 separate parcels within a single residential assemblage to develop a new spec industrial property in the O’Hare submarket.
