Keep in mind, for calendar year 2020 only, Transwestern has increased the carryover of annual vacation accrual from 50{486b2a1f74edcc5180758f2b50c14395cd5abf419f5fc0bc049abfed8e823f44} to 75{486b2a1f74edcc5180758f2b50c14395cd5abf419f5fc0bc049abfed8e823f44}.
Carryover maximums for 2020 (one-year policy amendment):
- 2-week vacation accrual (80 hours): 60 hours vs. 40 hours
- 3-week vacation accrual (120 hours): 90 hours vs. 60 hours
- 4-week vacation accrual (160 hours): 120 hours vs. 80 hours
Program exclusions:
- TRS and TDC Senior Vice Presidents and above
- TIG Directors and above
- California team members who by state law are already eligible to carry over two times their annual vacation accrual
