Workday Learning Now Live

Transwestern is pleased to introduce a flexible, engaging learning management system that is fully integrated with Transwestern’s Workday platform. Workday Learning offers:

• The ability for managers to enroll team members in courses
• Tracking of courses completed by individuals and teams
• An opportunity to create a personal learning path
• Predetermined learning paths for new team members based on their role

Recorded training content that had historically been housed on TranSource is also part of Workday Learning. If you missed the pre-launch training, you can view a recorded session. From the Learning Dashboard, go to Browse Learning and search for Workday Learning Introduction. There is also a simple Workday Learning User Guide for your reference.
