The Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA) recognized Transwestern with three awards: Eric Anderson as the Landlord Broker of the Year, Katy Gragg as Rising Star, and Deal of the Year for the Direct Energy lease on behalf of Brookfield Properties.
