Transwestern strives to help team members make the best use of its technology products through effective and responsive support. To help manage expectations and prioritize work, please make yourself familiar with the Software & Hardware Support policy, which contains a list of the software and hardware supported by Technology Services. Understandably, support for Transwestern’s core software takes precedence; support for alternative applications, operating systems and hardware is provided on a best-effort basis, meaning that the team will try to assist in solving a problem – even if it’s something not traditionally covered in our policy – but it may take longer and may not result in full resolution of the issue.
