All Transwestern team members are required to use our standard email signature displaying specific information, fonts and colors. To set up or edit your signature correctly, use the Esignature tool on Transource. It’s easy!
- Go to https://transource.transwestern.net/tools/Pages/Esignature.aspx and fill out the Standard and Reply signature forms.
- Select “Save.”
- Select “Preview” to verify your information is correct.
- Then select “Send Signatures.” An email from transource@transwestern.net containing your signatures and the instructions will be emailed to you.
Our email signatures are an important part of establishing our brand and business image. Ensuring your signatures conform to the standard helps preserve and reinforce our shared brand.
PS: Don’t forget to update the signature on your mobile device to mirror your standard signature.
