The technology professionals formerly known as IT Ambassadors have a new name: The Transwestern Technology Tier Two (T4) Team. The mission for this national squad of seasoned experts remains the same, however; they step in when Service Desk requests require specialized skill or hands-on support.
T4 Team members bring an average of two decades of experience in specific technologies. Continue to route all requests for technology assistance through the Service Desk via email
or the Service Portal, or for urgent issues, by calling 877 TWHELPME (877.894.3576).
