All That Glitters is Not Silver

All TW listings appear on CoStar, which owns LoopNet, but only Silver listings or higher appear on the LoopNet online marketplace. Silver status costs $45 per monthly listing. This fee is paid by Corporate and the cost is allocated to the business line each month.

To request or remove a Silver listing, contact laurie.stiles@transwestern.com with:

1.) Primary broker name
2.) Number of Silver listings requested

TIP! Once a Silver listing is allocated to the primary broker’s account, LoopNet will automatically upgrade the most recent listing. Use the SWAP feature to move the designation to the preferred listing.
