A new property information enhancement in xRM puts medical office space solely under the Healthcare category. This means you’ll no longer find these buildings in the general Office category. Additionally, new fields have been added that:
- Distinguish between “Purpose-built” medical office and “Office w/Medical” space, and
- Identify space as “Campus” (located within the boundaries of a hospital campus) or “Off Campus.”
These changes will significantly enhance the reporting capabilities of our Research Services team and improve the user experience for anyone navigating properties on transwestern.com.
