National MarketingAs Transwestern’s work across the life sciences sector grows, so does the need for coordinated national pursuits and multi-market expertise. To this end, Peter Conte has been identified as the national leader of the Laboratory + Life Sciences advisory group, a role for which he is uniquely suited.
Before embarking on his 20-year career in commercial real estate, Peter worked in research with the USDA and as a post-graduate research associate for the cancer research laboratory of Lexrite Laboratories, a privately run biotech connected to the University of California, Davis. He, along with our Life Sciences regional leaders, can provide established life sciences companies and startups, as well as building owners and investors with real estate leasing, acquisition and disposition; portfolio analysis and optimization; and consulting services such as site selection, workforce demographics and space configuration.
