- The Six broke ground in Hyattsville, Maryland, as covered in The Prince George’s Post. The project is being praised as an innovative residential offering that will forge ties to the vibrant community, connect residents to public transit corridors, and provide a thoughtfully designed oasis to rest and recharge. The project features indoor/outdoor murals commissioned by local artists and an abundance of sustainable elements.
- Bethesda Magazine and UrbanTurf highlighted another Perseus TDC project that is replacing an office building and parking lot with a 10-story, mixed-use building. In addition to 350 apartments, of which 15% is designated as affordable housing, the community will offer 12,000 square feet of non-residential uses, such as retail, childcare or medical offices. The existing parking lot will be replaced with a bike path, 15-foot-wide sidewalk and greenery.
