Congratulations to Property Manager Kate Deady, who has been elected to the Executive Committee of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. This committee is responsible for developing the strategic direction and policies for the association, while ensuring resources are available to achieve its goals.
Kate joined Transwestern in 2018 and oversees a portfolio spanning 376,000 square feet of office and medical office properties throughout the San Antonio market. She received Transwestern’s TYP leadership award at the 2022 National Recognition Conference due to the tremendous positive impact she’s had on Transwestern, the tenants and clients within the buildings she manages, and the industry at large.
