Reserve Capital Partners (Dallas) – 111,286 SF disposition of 15150 Preston Road and 6009/6029 Belt Line Road, a three-building office complex, to Long View Equity (Steve Simon, Steve Rowland, Chris Lipscomb). 


Howard Hughes Corporation (Columbia, MD) – 80,000 SF Class A office lease with CareFirst at 6100 Merriweather Drive for an aggregate value of over $36M (Alex Hancock, Patrick Crilley).


Faropoint (Bensenville, IL) – 128,523 SF industrial acquisition of 1050-1080 Entry Drive (Joe Karmin, Justin Lerner, Ross Lehrman).


Nelson Mullins LLP (New York) – 18,874 SF Tenant Advisory transaction for a 22-month sublease at 330 Madison Ave. (Patrick Heeg, Chase Gordon). 


The Glove Store LLC (Pembroke Park, FL) – 53,822 SF disposition of Seneca North located at 3400 SW 20th St. to Cabot Industrial for $17.8M (Ben Eisenberg, Carlos Gaviria, Thomas Kresse, and Walter Byrd).


Braun Enterprises (San Antonio) – 187,718 SF Class A office management and leasing assignment (Kate Deady – Asset Services; Kelly Ralston, Mason Pollard – Agency Leasing). 


George Kurtz (Scottsdale, AZ) – 28-acre acquisition of CrackerJax sports park for redevelopment to mixed-use campus for $55.5M (Jim Fijan).
