Minneapolis Lands Third Office Tenant for Dayton’s Project

Once again, creativity and perseverance pay off. Dayton’s is one of the Midwest’s most exciting projects, a massive $350 million asset transformation that offers transit-accessible, luxury office space in a historic, 12-story downtown Minneapolis building packed with amenities. Recently, Unilever signed a lease for an office at the property, joining Uncommon Retail and Ernst & Young in the building. Jim Montez, who heads leasing, said Dayton’s is the type of project that draw companies and employees back to the office. Who wouldn’t be inspired by three floors of retail, a rooftop deck, fully equipped gym, library and plenty of collaboration space?
