Since launching a robust DEI initiative in 2020, Transwestern has come a long way. We’ve joined CREW Network’s CRE Pledge for Action; expanded alliances with other industry organizations such as NAIOP and ULI; developed partnerships with key schools for DEI recruitment; increased minority hires; created a career progression process to support job growth, retention and succession; and implemented a companywide training series, Engage, Reflect, Discuss.
The progress we’ve made is due to the work of many individuals, working together, who keep our goals top of mind in conjunction with their client responsibilities. For 2022-2024, we are honored to welcome four new members to the Transwestern DEI Steering Committee:
