Thanks to those who completed the recent technology survey. The overall satisfaction rating for the tech support received at Transwestern was 4.51 out of 5.00. We’re proud of our technology team for continuing to provide a high level of support to our customers!
Not surprisingly, the issues most frequently encountered were computer related. The Technology Services team has taken a deep dive into the specific problems reported since the beginning of the year and created a plan to improve in this area. They’ve also identified approximately 25 other action items based on this feedback and will implement changes over the coming quarter, continuing to raise the bar for extraordinary client service.
