M-M Properties, in partnership with a separate account managed by Clarion Partners (Dallas) – 163,005 SF lease with The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) at Plaza of the Americas, 600 N. Pearl St. (Kim Brooks, Justin Miller, Paul Wittorf, Laney Underwood).


BentallGreenOak (Lake Forest, IL) – 120,354 SF Class A office disposition of Two Conway Park located at 150 N. Field Drive to Pembroke IV LLC for $12M (Paige Gunn, Paul Barile).


Claret Communities and The Ardent Companies (Braselton, GA) – 248-unit multifamily disposition of Noble Vines to Passco Companies, LLC for $69M (Jon Kleinberg Mike McGaughy).


Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio (GCSA) (San Antonio) – 55,457 SF disposition of Ambulatory Surgery Center, South Texas Medical Center, Stone Oak Medical Center, and Northeast Medical Center to IRA Companies for an undisclosed price (Alan Grilliette, Justin Brasell).


Roman Catholic Diocese of Oakland (Oakland) – 30,376 SF lease with Voices College Bound Language Academy at 201 28th St. in Richmond and 23,289 SF lease with Northern Light School at 3710 Dorisa Avenue in Oakland (David Klein, Gab Roldan).

15th and S (Washington, DC) – A venture between Perseus TDC and equity partner Allstate Insurance Company began construction of a 114,878 SF, 158-unit multifamily development in the Logan Circle submarket. The project is expected to deliver in spring 2023.


Paseo Park (Phoenix) – TIG and partner Knightvest Capital sold a 35-building, garden-style apartment community in Glendale, Arizona. The asset comprises 480 one-, two- and three-bedroom units and was 98.7% occupied at the time of disposition.
