The full reopening of our offices, markets and the greater economy continues to underscore the importance of managers and team members having regular conversations about 2021 goals. Midyear check-ins support this objective via an informal dialogue intended to engage and focus team member efforts to help them be successful.
Please be sure to have a check-in conversation with your manager no later than Friday, July 30. Discuss overall accomplishments during the first two quarters of the year, as well as goals that may need to be added, adjusted or reprioritized, and document all changes to goals in Workday.
