Career Worklet Fosters TW Talent

As an organization, our talent drives Transwestern’s success, and we’re continually looking for ways to support professional growth and ensure every team member has access to career opportunities across the company. Every team member should now see a Career worklet on their Workday dashboard. This provides access to two new functions:

  • Career profile – All team members are encouraged to build out a personal career profile, outlining skills such as languages, unique coursework, professional affiliations and certifications. This information aids team members when completing performance reviews or applying for an internal position, and helps the company with initiatives such as succession planning and training development.
  • Internal recruiting – All Transwestern open positions will appear here; viewing and applying for consideration is easy. Hiring managers are encouraged to consider internal candidates before looking for talent outside the firm. Note: Your manager’s approval is required to apply for an internal position, and that approval is handled directly through Workday.
