As promised, the DEI steering committee delivered the Local Market Plan Guide to offices in early March, and Transwestern’s local DEI teams are now using the framework to develop custom strategies to meet company objectives that have been outlined for awareness, training, talent and belonging. We anticipate many informative, creative and fun ways to advance our shared goals!
