Microsoft Teams users may be seeing a new design when sharing their screen, window, Whiteboard, or PowerPoint during meetings. This improvement makes it easy to include computer sound when sharing, a setting that is often overlooked.
If you don’t yet see the change, don’t be alarmed, it’s coming. Microsoft carefully orchestrates the rollout and enablement of new features at a global level, not an organizational level, to eliminate the potential for bias based on similar hardware, bandwidth and usage patterns. This means that coworkers on the same version – or within the same company – may temporarily see differences in their features. Questions? Contact the Service Desk.
