One and Done!

Thanks to the newest xRM enhancement, Transwestern now seamlessly feeds real-time listing and availabilities information to CoStar. Why is this worth celebrating? The benefit for brokers is that property information only needs to be updated in ONE place. Just keep details current in xRM and the information will automatically flow to CoStar’s Market Center and typically be visible within 24 hours. This is just one of the many xRM simplifications that has increased operational efficiencies across our platform. 
Note: Information only flows one way and information updated in CoStar will not flow to xRM.
