A pandemic can’t stop the Transwestern Experience! Over the summer, the property team at One DTC in Denver managed an extensive repair and maintenance project on the asset’s parking structure. Upon completion, Transwestern wanted to express appreciation for tenants’ patience and flexibility during the work. In addition, the team was keenly aware of how the building’s reduced occupancy during COVID-19 had impacted sales at the on-site restaurant Café One and wanted to help.
A socially distanced, grab-and-go style tenant lunch achieved both objectives. Property staff was on hand to safely express appreciation, and the visible support for Café One reinforced our firm’s commitment to not only clients and tenants, but also building vendors and partners.
