Transwestern’s Premium Incentive Program, running now through Nov. 13, provides team members valuable information about their overall health. Additionally, it significantly lowers the monthly cost for medical insurance offered through the company. How much, you ask? PIP saves team members:
$900 per year for employee OR employee + child coverage
$1,800 per year for employee + spouse OR employee + family coverage
The program requires two simple steps:
- Complete a Biometric Screening: There are three options available for you and your covered spouse/domestic partner, and registration is required regardless of the option you choose. This year, to accommodate varied work schedules, you can request a Qcard Kit (not available in the state of New York) that allows for the biometric screening to be completed at home and mailed to a Quest lab for analysis. - Complete a Health Risk Assessment (HRA): You (and your covered spouse/domestic partner) must complete a NEW, confidential HRA online through your existing Aetna or Kaiser account.View the instructions here.
