While open enrollment for benefits takes place each fall, the Premium Incentive Program (PIP) kicks off August 17 and positions you to gain the most value from our benefits offerings.
Through PIP, team members can significantly lower their cost for medical insurance while learning specific data about their overall health. The program requires two simple steps – a biometric screening and an online health risk assessment. This year, to accommodate team members’ varied work schedules, we’ve added an option that allows for the biometric screening to be completed at home and mailed to a Quest lab for analysis.
