Three big shout-outs to our Capital Markets group for deals closed in the last month:
- Miami’s John Bell and Atlanta’s Kevin Markwordt handled the $83 million sale of a 1 million-square-foot, six-property office portfolio in Huntsville, Alabama. Five of the buildings are situated within Cummings Research Park, the second-largest science and technology park in the country and the fourth largest in the world.
- In the Mid-Atlantic, Robin Williams, Dean Sigmon, Justin Shay and Michael D’Amelio brokered the $87.5 million sale of Villas at Langley, a 590-unit, value-add investment property in Hyattsville, Maryland.
- In Fort Worth, Mike Hardage facilitated the sale of the three-building, 1.39 million-square-foot office campus that formerly served as the world headquarters for American Airlines Inc. and American Airlines Federal Credit Union. With the sale, Transwestern takes over leasing and property management on behalf of the new ownership.
Great job keeping these transactions on track!
