It is more important than ever for all brokers to enter their transaction pipeline into the system. Populating the basic fields for a deal is a simple process that generates real-time feedback on our current and future performance. Additionally, the data can be aggregated to allow for higher-level analyses with which to arm our market experts.
PIPELINE refers to anything in the process of being planned, transacted or developed but is not completed (i.e., any deal that is not finalized). For those unfamiliar with the pipeline tool, we’ve created a step-by-step guide showing (1) how to log in and create a new deal; (2) what data fields are required to save an entry; and (3) a link to training resources.
