We’re pleased to announce that 61 of Transwestern’s managed properties achieved a Kingsley Excellence Award in 2019! The survey is intended to gauge tenant satisfaction throughout the Transwestern portfolio as a means of improving performance, increasing retention, maximizing portfolio value, and achieving operational excellence.

Transwestern improved its scores from the previous year in every surveyed category, with sustainable building operations as a leading indicator. Our tenant satisfaction scores reached an all-time high in 2019, with 88{486b2a1f74edcc5180758f2b50c14395cd5abf419f5fc0bc049abfed8e823f44} of respondents saying Transwestern’s overall customer service is above average or extraordinary.
