National MarketingGood news! If you are currently on a TW medical plan, you can lower your monthly premiums with two simple steps. Even more good news! The incentive for completing both steps to qualify has increased, reducing the cost in 2020 by $900 for employee/employee + child(ren) and $1,800 for all other levels.
BIOMETRIC SCREENING
You and your covered spouse or domestic partner must complete a biometric screening by Nov. 8, 2019. If you were not able to take advantage of an on-site screening, you can:
- Visit a local Quest Patient Service Center by Nov. 8. This option is free.
- Use results you’ve already received from your physician in the 2019 calendar year or visit your provider now. Your provider must complete and submit a Physician Results Form to Quest by Nov. 8. Your provider may charge you for this information.

HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT
You and your covered spouse or domestic partner must complete a new, confidential Health Risk Assessment online through your existing Aetna or Kaiser account by Nov. 8. View the instructions here.
