Representatives in the deal were Diane Gaul and Christal Owens for Asset Services and Bill Zurek, Jim Achen Jr., Jim Fijan, Brian Zurek and Jack Fijan for Agency Leasing. In July, the Fijan team brokered the acquisition of the LEED Gold-certified tower.
