Time For An Upgrade

Technology Services is upgrading all TW devices from Windows 7 to Windows 10 over the next few months, giving all team members access to the same features as well as the safety, usability and speed of Microsoft’s newest operating system.

• If you are on Windows 7, watch for an email from Technology Services with details about your upcoming upgrade, which will occur remotely and outside of standard office hours. Your device must remain on and cannot be used during the upgrade.
• Technology Services may contact you beforehand to free up space needed for the changeover prior to the upgrade. Your work is safe; all your data and settings will migrate during the upgrade.
