More than 50 team members honed their client-service skills in half-day workshops at 500 West Madison. Titled “Building Winning Relationships,” the training explored important concepts of client relationship management. Instructor Paul Petricca is a 30-year CRE industry veteran who developed the workshop by consolidating material from a 10-week MBA class he teaches at Loyola University Chicago.
