Midyear Check-Ins

Just a reminder that team member performance check-ins are to be completed by Friday, Aug. 16. This is a good time to review annual goals and year-to-date accomplishments while identifying which, if any, goals are no longer relevant or of high priority; discuss additional priorities or projects that have surfaced and should be included as new goals; and determine what support or resources are needed to deliver on goals during the second half of the year.

Team members and managers can document midyear conversations in Workday via a new “My Check-Ins” feature available through the Talent & Performance Worklet. Documenting your conversation midyear will help you complete your formal performance evaluation at year end.
