It’s Time! Premium Incentive Program

The Premium Incentive Program is available to team members (and their covered spouses/partners) currently enrolled in a Transwestern medical plan. By taking two simple steps now, you’ll save money on medical premiums in 2020. How much, you ask? $900 per year for employee/employee + child(ren) and $1,800 per year for all other levels.

  1. BIOMETRIC SCREENING
    You and your covered spouse/partner must complete a biometric screening by Nov. 8, 2019. Click here to read about the three ways to obtain a screening. Registration is required for all options. Register here.
  2. HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT
    You and your covered spouse/partner must complete a new, confidential Health Risk Assessment online through your existing Aetna or Kaiser account by Nov. 8. View the instructions here.

Note:Those not currently enrolled and planning to elect coverage in 2020 will have a separate opportunity to complete the program and qualify for lower premiums.
