Brad Cleaveland took home the Chief/Lead Engineer of the Year Award from the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA) of Metropolitan Washington’s annual Commercial Awards on June 13. “Brad is top of the class when it comes to education and certifications, and keeps an impeccable building as it pertains to his mechanical areas,” said Bill Atkinson, who chairs the Engineer of the Year committee, in a press release.
